How do I find the right size?
Measure your dog's chest at the widest point, neck, and back length from collar to base of tail, then match the measurements to our size guide. If your dog falls between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Does it work with a harness?
Yes. The Charlo Classic Hoodie is harness-friendly, with reinforced access at the back designed to accommodate a leash connection while wearing a harness.
Why French terry?
The Charlo Classic Dog Hoodie is made from 380 GSM 100% cotton French terry — substantial, breathable and soft, with the weight and structure of a premium human hoodie. It's designed for everyday wear without sacrificing comfort or style.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold with like colours, inside out. Remove promptly after washing and shape while damp. Tumble dry low or hang dry. If ironing is needed, iron inside out only and never iron directly over the print. Do not dry clean.
What's dropping, and will it restock?
Our first drop is the Classic Hoodie in Black and Merlot, available in limited quantities. Once a size or colour sells out, a restock is not guaranteed.
What if it doesn't fit?
We offer exchanges or store credit, subject to our return and exchange policy. Items must meet the conditions outlined in our policy.
